What would your average day look like?

I don’t think I can describe an average day as each day is different. Each day there is a new task to wrap my head around and a different problem that a client has which I have to adapt to so I can help them. I guess the closest I have to an average day is that I sit next to the same people everyday.

What do you enjoy most about your to role?

I enjoy helping solve client’s queries the most as I enjoy the challenge of applying different skills in all aspects of the role, allowing the clients to focus on their own work rather than spend their time stressing on an issue I can help them with.

What is most challenging about your role?

Studying whilst working – although after 2 years being locked inside after finishing A Levels, I didn’t expect it to be easy!
