We identified that the AAS Vehicle Solutions finance system needed updating, recommending Xero, a simpler, much more user-friendly system that replaced their outdated desktop software – of course, we supported them through the entire transition, so it felt almost seamless.  

As a result, AAS Vehicle Solutions have a clear picture of how the business is performing on a monthly basis. This allows them to quickly gain an understanding of profitability and identify unprofitable customers and address this situation quickly. This means that AAS Vehicle Solutions now have the confidence to renegotiate their terms with key customers as they understand the value they were offering.

In addition, we review AAS’ finances each month and forecasts their year-end position, allowing them to make changes to the business where necessary and improve performance. AAS now understands their cash position and see potential problems before they happen.
